Villa Santa Croce - Amalfi coast luxury villa sleeps 12

Entrance from the main road into the parking spot with space for 3 medium sized cars:

• From the parking, the main entrance of the villa leads to a small lounge area with door to the spacious bedroom. It is furnished with a double bed and a sofa bed convertible into a single bed . It has en suite full bathroom with shower, TV, in built wooden robe, old chest of draw and sliding iron shutters opening to the lovely balcony with blue printed tiles and sea view.

• From the lounge area a stone staircase (20 steps) take down to the spacious dining/sitting room with sofas for 12 and sliding iron shutters opening to the terrace with in built seating, blue and yellow printed tiles, wicker chairs and sea views.

On the left of the sitting room a small corridor leads to 2 double bedrooms, each with en-suite full bathroom with shower. The larger bedroom has windows with sea views, the other has French doors opening to a side terrace.

• A fourth spacious bedroom with double bed, en-suite bathroom with shower and windows with sea views.

• Dining room with table seating up to 12 people. It has a door opening to the kitchen and another door opening directly to the terrace equipped with round ceramic table seating 12 people and barbecue.

• Fully equipped kitchen with 8 gas rings, American refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher and French window opening directly to the terrace

• Dependence with 2 bedrooms with curved ceiling, one with double bed , the other with twin beds , both with TV, floor tiled with white and blue printed tiles, blue French doors opening to the terrace. Each bedroom has en-suite bathroom with shower and doors to the terrace.

• From this terrace 19 steps up to the parking area and 15 steps down to the second level, (reachable also from the sitting room through a stair of 12 steps) covered by bougainvillea pergola, with outdoor furniture, dining table 12 seats, garden seats, in built seating and outside lightings.

• 3 steps down to a further terrace with garden seats and rocking chairs surrounded by palms, green olive groves, pine trees and splendid views over the sea.

• Further 40 steps down to the third and lower level with comfortable and furnished outdoor spaces, swimming pool ( 8x4), 2 showers, covered dining area for al fresco meals with table and chairs for 12 and beautiful views over the sea below.

Access: remote-controlled gate situated on the road level opening onto the parking area. Car suggested.

Facilities: wifi, swimming pool (4 m x 8 m x 1,50/2,20 ) with 2 showers, dishwasher, satellite TV, central heating, air conditioning throughout, CD player, American refrigerator with ice maker, oven, barbecue, parking area for 3 medium sized cars with remote-controlled gate.

Pets are not allowed; Washmachine use is not allowed

It is forbidden to invite external people

Distances: Amalfi 3 km, Ravello 8 Km, Sorrento 32 Km, Salerno 30 Km, Positano 20 Km, Naples airport 60 Km, Rome Fiumicino 320Km. The 2 nearest restaurants are situated at about 300 mts far from the villa.

All essentials ( bars, shops, banks, and post office) are situated in Amalfi town centre.

Bus stop marked SITA to Amalfi ( 15 min ) and Positano ( 35 mins ) on the main road. Ferries and hydrofoil ply daily from Amalfi to Capri (1½ h.), Positano (20 min.), Ischia (2½ h) and Salerno (1 h.). The services operate only during the spinning Summer.
