Montelopio is a traditional 16th century villa with private swimming pool situated in the Montelopio Village where clients can walk to bar as well to a restaurant . Furthermore the renowned village of Castelfalfi with its many restaurants and well-known golf course is only a 15-minute drive from the property.

The location of the villa is ideal for those looking to explore the main Tuscan cities and towns of Volterra, Florence, Pisa, Lucca, San Gimignano and Siena.

When staying at this home, travellers can fully enjoy a relaxing vacation as the resident guardians provide cleaning and cooking service for breakfast and dinner, 5 days a week. The tower of the villa and the right wing have recently been totally restored. Villa di Montelopio can sleep up to 9 guests. There are 5 bedrooms, one twin bedroom is on the ground floor while on the first floor there are a double, a twin and a single bedroom. The tower double bedroom with en-suite bathroom is equipped with air-conditioning included in the price.

The exteriors of the house are very well-kept. Past clients have enjoyed spending time in the large courtyard, where there is a large table ideal for al-fresco dining, as well as by the pool which is located among olive groves 80 meters from the house. Please note that, as the courtyard is gated, this property has been particularly enjoyed by families travelling with children as they have the option to make them freely play in a fenced area.

In the living room (known as 'salone') clients can experience the atmosphere of a templar home as well as playing the piano available to travellers.
