The living room has high and vaulted ceiling . The furnishings are elegant and bright. They include three sofas and a satellite television. The room has eight large panoramic arched windows with a view of the sea and of Positano. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom,

The first bedroom is accessed from the corridor. The furnishings are romantic and elegant. The room is furnished with a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed), a flat-screen satellite television , an air conditioning/heating unit and a telephone .From the bedroom you will be able to enter the first terrace with a view of the sea and of Positano through two French doors . The en-suite bathroom is spacious and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, large fully-enclosed shower and a hairdryer.

Also the second bedroom is accessed from the corridor, going down five steps. The furnishings are elegant and welcoming. The room is furnished with a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed), a desk, a flat-screen satellite television, an air conditioning/heating unit and a telephone The room has two large panoramic windows with a view of the sea and of the terrace. Terrace 1

The terrace on the top level is 25 square meters (270 square feet) large. It can be accessed from the first bedroom . It is equipped with a Jacuzzi tub, sun chairs, two deck chairs, two sun loungers and an external shower. From the terrace you will enjoy a fascinating view of Positano and of the coastline.

Middle Level ( reached by the elevator)

Terrace 2

The terrace on the second terrace is 60 square meters (645 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by retractable awnings and is equipped with sofas, four armchairs, as well as with a table, chairs, two deck chairs, sun loungers and an external shower. From the terrace you will enjoy a wonderful view of Positano and of the sea.

The furnishings of the living room are modern , bright and welcoming. The leaving room is furnished with three armchairs, an elegant fireplace, a flat-screen satellite television, a dining table which can accommodate 12 guests , an air conditioning/heating unit, a telephone and French door leading to the second terrace . The cooking area is very well equipped, with a four-burner electric cooker, an electric oven, a steam oven, an American-style refrigerator with ice-maker, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker , a toaster and other small appliances. In the kitchen there is also a wood-fired pizza oven.

The third terrace is 15 square meters (160 square feet) large. It is accessed by an external stairway. It is partly shaded by trees. It is equipped with chairs and two deck chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a fascinating view of Positano and of the sea at a distance.

The sixth bedroom can be accessed from the corridor climbing three steps. The furnishings are classic and welcoming and include a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed), a satellite television, an air conditioning/heating unit and a telephone. From the bedroom you will be able to enter a small terrace through a French door. The room has two windows. The en-suite bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, large fully-enclosed shower and a hairdryer.

Access: The Villa is accessed from the private parking area going down an external flight of stairs ( about 50 stairs)

Distances: The little supermarket , at a short distance from the villa,is well stocked and provides nearly everything one would need. Coffee bar, restaurants, post office, etc are at approximately 1 km from the villa.

The local mini-shuttle which runs in and around Positano and the SITA bus that connect all the villages along the Amalfi coast , stop right in front of the main gate of the villa .

A short bus ride takes guests to Positano down town center and beaches ( 3 km) To the right of the main beach numerous ferries and hydrofoils ply daily between Positano and Capri ( 50 min ), Ischia ( 75 min ), Naples ( 50 min ), Amalfi ( 30 min ) and Salerno ( ½ h )

The main beach in Positano , is also home to several restaurants offering excellent local cuisine and rent boats to explore the surrounding coastline, and visit the many small grottoes along the coast.

Sorrento (further facilities, hospital, train to Naples) 22 km, Amalfi 15 km, Ravello 25 km, Pompei 55 Km.

Airport: Naples 60 km, Rome (Fiumicino) 267 Km.
