  A spacious second floor apartment of an antique palazzo just off the beautiful Campo Santo Stefano, a real meeting place for locals with its bars and restaurants.

  This Venice apartment is light and airy and freshly and recently totally refurbished, soft decorator colour throughout.

  A spacious, bright living/dining area.

  There are two comfortable double bedrooms: one large queen-sized, the other more compact (beds cannot be split). There are two bathrooms: one with bathtub and the other one with shower.

  Located on a lovely small square, just 5 min. walk from Academia, 10 min to San Marco, Rialto Bridge; there is a good grocery/deli shop at the corner, a small restaurant at one end of the square and some interesting artists studios. Nice quiet area. Directly opposite the gallery of world famous Venetian wood sculptor Livio De Marchi.

  
  

   

• Nearby there are two vaporetto stops just minutes away along with a ‘Traghetto’ gondola ferry which, during operating times (please check before making your journey) carries passengers by gondola across the Grand Canal between Calle Del Tragheto (near Sant’ Angelo) and San Toma in the district of San Polo.

  This apartment can be rented together with either or both of the other Grassi apartments - all in the same building - very private - good for large family or group - as they share a landing.

  Note: There is no lift, but stair case is steep but short.

  Included: gas, electricity, bed linen, towels, final cleaning, welcome on arrival and check-in up until 8 p.m.** are all included, as are air-conditioning and internet access if available at your chosen apartment.

  Not included Local Venice Tourist Tax, payable locally to key holder - usually between €2-€5 per person per day;
