When in Rome, do as Romans do and learn how to make true Italian pizza and homemade gelato. Just think about fresh pomodoro sauce and creamy mozzarella melting over hand-rolled dough. Can you imagine tossing the dough way up in the air in the middle of a stunning Italian palace and then topping your very own pizza with your very own favorite fresh, locally grown ingredients? Do you prefer flowering Roman zucchini, spicy salami, Sicilian peppers, farm-fresh mushrooms, or sweet red onions from Tropea? You’ll also learn how to make that other Italian classic, gelato. Choose from a variety of delicious flavors including fresh fruits of the season, rich roasted hazelnuts, high quality dark chocolate from Perugia, and deep-green pistachios.

This class is a chance for you to learn to cook just like Nonna. We have has years of experience perfecting fresh pastas and gelato. Our guests are always welcomed with drinks and antipasti.

The chef will guide you through the tricks of forming, and rolling, the pasta dough. Discover how best to stuff ravioli and create the distinct tortellini twist. You will also learn how to cook up a perfect sauce ‘sugo’ to adorn fresh tagliatelle or fettuccini.

Then onto the gelato, become a true Italian gelato maker for the day, in our charming kitchen, in the heart of Rome. Wow friends and family back home with the ability to whip up a classic Italian gelato.
