The door opens to the living space where on the left there is the ground floor bathroom with shower and on the right the dining table and build-in wardrobes. Further on to the left there is the kitchen with dishwasher and a spacious bookshelf with tv.

To the right you find the main living area with sofa and the painting that gives the name to the apartment. The open stairs take you at mezzanine level where there is the night space, which consists of a comfortable double bed and a split bathroom, with the basin open space and closed toilet.

There is also the central heating unit at that level. The apartment has wifi and washing machine, but no dryer.

The area in which the apartment finds itself is extremely stylish and elegant. Via Margutta is incredibly central, only a few minutes from Piazza del Popolo, Spanish Steps and the designer street Via Condotti, yet is quiet and with a local, neighbourhood feel. I

Ivy and creepers cover the facades of the ancient buildings, the big stores in the historic center give way to art and antique galleries, craft and restoration shops, and elegant restaurants. Fellini described it as follows: "Stairs, ladders, hallways that opened between the gardens, then other stairs and ladders. A vertical landscape submerged in greenery, right down to Viale di Trinità dei Monti”.

Just behind this area you will find the Villa Borghese park. This is absolutely delightful, an oasis of green amongst the city. It also has great views over the Prati district from its Pincio Terrace.
